Jason Folkerts
Jason's cartoon career started in the 3rd grade when he drew an un-authorized sketch on the school's bathroom stall. By 7th grade he was making money doing commissions on fellow student's book covers. In high school, he began creating cartoons for his town's local newspaper. Since college, he has created thousands of illustrations, winning national awards for two children's books. He has painted 165 murals, and even drew for 24 hours straight to raise money for charity. He has taught students across the midwest the art of illustration and enjoys seeing students expand their creative abilities.
